The goal of the Calm Canines Program is to help people navigate the world with a sensitive or reactive dog. We have been working with these unique teams since 2003 and providing them opportunities to explore other outlets, such as agility since 2007. Giving dogs and their people the opportunity to enrich their lives through experiences and connection is a big piece of behaviour change.

Starting with our Calm Canines class, allows you and your dog to learn tools for navigating life to make it better for you and your dog. The knowledge and skills from this class will allow you and your dog many different opportunities.

• Calm Canines On the Town - allows for you to apply your walking skills and emotional regulation to a park atmosphere.
• Calm Canines Control Unleashed® Foundations or Advanced allows you to dig deeper into Leslie McDevitt’s pattern games that can help increase your teams’ awareness.
• Calm Canines Agility allows you to explore the popular sport with your dog, allowing them learn about their bodies via proprioception and building teamwork with balancing attention on handler (via recall and direction) and awareness of the environment with new obstacles.
• Calm Canines Nose Work® allows you and your dog to learn a new game while building your dog’s independence, empowering them to explore the world with their nose and increasing both team members confidence.
• Private Training - You have the ability to do private consults to drive deeper into behaviour modification.
